Purpose:
To provide the area’s uninsured and working poor with basic, quality health care and a medical home.
 
Facilities:
Medical Clinic, Dental Clinic and Pharmacy in a 10,500-square-foot home in Kilmarnock.
Outreach Clinic at Andrew Chapel, Montross, every other week on Thursdays.
Outreach Office at Lower United Methodist Church, Hartfield every Tuesday afternoon.

Since 1993, the Clinic has provided more than $44 million worth of care to those in need.
